About this Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP MM–EWM Consultant to support and enhance SCM and Logistics IT solutions within VOIS. This role focuses on ensuring seamless end‑to‑end functional operations, providing Level 2 support, driving system changes, and collaborating with global stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for SAP SCM modules, process optimisation, testing, change management, and supporting migration and integration projects within a dynamic, multi‑market environment.

What you’ll do

Apply technical expertise across SAP and SCM tools to resolve system issues arising from testing, migration activities, or BAU operations.Use deep knowledge of SAP EWM and MM (Inventory Management, Purchasing, P2P) to support system design and optimisation.Work with integration touchpoints across MM‑SD, MM‑PP, and EWM‑TM to ensure consistent process flows.Contribute to project definition, solution design, and implementation for SCM-related enhancements.Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement appropriate change requests.Maintain and optimise test scripts to support process quality.Provide specialised support for VIP users and internal business partners.Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of system and process changes (requirements, design, UAT, deployment, hypercare).Deliver user training across process areas and ensure knowledge transfer.Manage migration projects and customer/supplier onboarding and integration activities.Establish and uphold frameworks for change management, supplier management, and BAU support for SCM systems.Operate within IT processes, including ticket lifecycle, SLA adherence, reporting, and governance frameworks.

Who you are

Possess a BE/BTech or equivalent qualification.Bring 10–12+ years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years in SAP MM/EWM with exposure to architecture, support models, and business process understanding.Experienced in SAP ERP SCM IT operations, including Level 2 application support.Proficient with SAP SCM and Logistics modules, Remedy, MS Office tools, and the SAP OSS process.Familiar with cloud and on‑premise SCM/logistics concepts, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with senior teams across UK and European markets.Comfortable with governance, SLA‑based operations, ticket management, and problem‑solving frameworks.Capable of mentoring teams and coordinating with vendors effectively.
