About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Senior Consultant to join the EVO Functional Operations team at VOIS Pune. The individual will contribute to the design, analysis, and implementation of SAP MM solutions across global operating companies. This role requires deep expertise in SAP MM, S/4HANA, and SAP RISE ecosystems, with responsibility for translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, resolving major incidents, supporting end users, and ensuring seamless integration across supply chain processes. The individual will work collaboratively with international teams, SI partners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional SAP groups.

What you’ll do

Analyse business requirements and architect end-to-end SAP MM solutions for global operations.Design, configure, and implement SAP MM functionalities including organisational structure, vendor/material/service master, procurement processes, and document types.Support P2P, subcontracting, stock transfer, service procurement, GR/GI, pricing, release strategies, and inventory processes.Contribute to S/4HANA, SAP RISE and Simple SCM MM operations across inbound/outbound delivery, internal warehouse movements, batch management, serial numbers, label/DN printing, WT/WO processing, physical inventory, stock adjustments, and master data CIFing.Provide incident and problem resolution, including ownership of major incident management for MM.Collaborate with SAP SD/MM/GTM teams, SI partners, and supply chain teams to resolve functional and technical issues.Assess SAP OSS notes and maintain complete process documentation.Engage actively with auditors, stakeholders, and business owners, offering clear guidance on technical feasibility.Contribute to project workshops, continuous improvement initiatives, and delivery of solutions aligned to fixed‑price delivery models.Provide training inputs, process clarifications, and risk/issue escalations where necessary.

Who you are

Graduate or postgraduate in engineering or business administration.8+ years of experience in SAP MM consulting and implementation projects.Strong knowledge of SAP MM, S/4HANA, SAP RISE, and related processes including P2P, subcontracting, inventory management, master data, GR/GI, and workflow basics.Experience in incident resolution, technical design coordination, and working in global enterprise environments.Familiarity with niche modules such as WM, SD or EWM is desirable.Ability to work in shift-based models and collaborate with global teams.Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.Demonstrates VOIS values: customer focus, innovation, simplicity, accountability, speed, and trust.Desirable: exposure to international projects, ITIL knowledge, and experience in manufacturing or telco industries.
