About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PaPM professional with expertise in transfer pricing, BEPS Pillar 2, cost allocations, and end-to-end PaPM configuration. The role involves working on SAP PaPM and S/4HANA transformation projects, including SAC integration and performance optimisation. You will design and implement scalable solutions, develop data models, and provide training and support to end-users. This position is based in Pune.

What you’ll do

Design accounting data models and rules engines to deliver high-quality, accessible financial information.
Analyse current finance data architecture, identify gaps, and design future-state architecture aligned with industry benchmarks.
Customise PaPM models to meet client-specific needs, including calculation and allocation rules and reporting structures.
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement analysis and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs.
Configure and implement SAP PaPM solutions with custom models, rules, and calculations.
Develop data models, PaPM functions, interfaces, and custom reports.
Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Document configurations and processes, and deliver training to end-users.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance.

Who you are

Minimum 10 years of experience in the Finance domain with strong knowledge of SAP Finance and integrated modules.
Expertise in SAP PaPM, including cost allocation (TBM/EBM), recharges, and tax-related applications.
Proficiency in PaPM/SAC/Datasphere/BDC architecture and PaPM & S/4 integration.
Experience with SAP PaPM assets development, cloud solutions (SAP ARE, Universal Model), and IT cost allocation.
Knowledge of Tax Reporting IAS12 implementation and PaPM Pillar Two / Shipping Income implementation.
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Cloud & On-premises), BW, PaPM, SAC.
Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or professional qualifications such as CA/CPA.
