About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with 7+ years of SAP FICO expertise and at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, including master and transactional data migration. This role is ideal for a professional with strong financial accounting and controlling knowledge, hands-on configuration expertise across SAP FI and CO, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective finance solutions. Experience in taxation, withholding tax configuration, module integrations, custom developments, and SAP S/4HANA finance transformation initiatives is essential.

What you’ll do

Collaborate with business users to understand financial processes, data requirements, and reporting needs.Configure SAP FI and CO modules, including:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Asset Accounting
  • Cost Centre Accounting
  • Profitability Analysis
  • Banking and Payments
  • Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR)
Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including master and transactional data migration activities.Configure and support taxation and withholding tax (WHT) processes, while ensuring understanding of direct and indirect taxation requirements.Analyse and provide solutions for accounting entries arising from MM and SD transactions.Integrate SAP FICO with SAP modules such as SD, MM, Asset Accounting and other related applications.Work extensively on custom developments, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows.Develop and customise financial reports and analytics dashboards to provide actionable business insights.Understand SAP tables and relationships to support configuration, reporting and troubleshooting activities.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex functional and integration challenges.Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and SAP solutions.

Who you are

7+ years of relevant SAP FICO experience.Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.Experience in master and transactional data migration.Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts.Hands-on expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.Mandatory experience with SAP S/4HANA.Experience with taxation and withholding tax configuration.Understanding of direct and indirect taxation processes.Strong knowledge of accounting implications of MM and SD transactions.Experience integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.Experience working on custom developments, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows.Good understanding of SAP tables and data relationships.Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.Experience in SAP REFX, FSCM, FICA, Concur or Group Reporting will be advantageous.
