About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with 7+ years of SAP FICO expertise and proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, including master and transactional data migration. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, configuring SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, driving integration across SAP modules, supporting custom developments, and delivering financial reporting and analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will bring strong financial accounting knowledge, hands-on configuration expertise, and the ability to provide effective solutions across complex business scenarios.

What you’ll do

Collaborate with business users to understand financial processes, reporting needs, and data requirements.Configure SAP FI and CO modules, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Asset Accounting
  • Cost Centre Accounting
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  • Banking and Payments
  • Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR)
Support SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including master and transactional data migration.Configure and support taxation processes, including direct taxation, indirect taxation, and Withholding Tax (WHT).Analyse and provide solutions for accounting entries arising from MM and SD transactions.Integrate SAP FICO with SAP modules such as SD, MM, Asset Accounting, and other connected applications.Collaborate on custom development deliverables, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).Develop and customise reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to provide financial performance insights.Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives across SAP Finance processes.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders where required.

Who you are

7+ years of relevant SAP FICO consulting experience.Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance functionality.Hands-on expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.Good understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts.Experience with master data and transactional data migration activities.Strong knowledge of taxation processes and WHT configuration.Understanding of direct and indirect taxation requirements.Knowledge of accounting integrations between MM, SD, and Finance modules.Experience integrating SAP Finance with other SAP modules and third-party systems.Extensive experience working with custom developments, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.Understanding of SAP tables and data relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Experience in SAP REFX, FSCM, FICA, Concur, or Group Reporting will be advantageous.
