SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant - VOIS

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with over 7 years of SAP FICO experience and at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in financial accounting, controlling, taxation, data migration, cross-functional SAP integration, and custom development. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective finance solutions, optimise processes, support reporting needs, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

Collaborate with business users to understand financial processes, data requirements, and reporting needs.Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including master and transactional data migration activities.Configure SAP FI and CO modules, including:

• General Ledger
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Asset Accounting
• Cost Centre Accounting
• Profitability Analysis
• Banking and Payments
• Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR)

Configure and support taxation and withholding tax (WHT) requirements, with an understanding of direct and indirect taxation.Analyse and provide solutions for accounting entries related to MM and SD transactions.Integrate SAP FICO with SAP modules such as SD, MM, Asset Accounting, and other connected applications.Work with third-party systems to ensure seamless financial process integration.Contribute extensively to custom development activities, including:

• Reports
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Enhancements
• Forms
• Workflows

Develop and customise reports and analytics dashboards to provide insights into financial performance.Support troubleshooting, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.

7+ years of relevant SAP FICO experience.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is mandatory.Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.Strong knowledge of master and transactional data migration processes.Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts.Proven expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.Experience in Banking, Payments, and Intercompany Reconciliation processes.Strong knowledge of taxation and WHT configuration, including direct and indirect taxation.Understanding of MM and SD financial integration and related accounting entries.Experience integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.Strong knowledge of SAP tables and their relationships.Experience in custom development across Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.Exposure to SAP REFX, FSCM, FICA, Concur, or Group Reporting would be advantageous.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
