SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant - VOIS

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FICO and end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role requires hands-on experience in financial accounting, controlling, data migration, taxation configuration, system integrations, custom developments, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, deliver scalable SAP solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives across finance operations.

Collaborate with business users to understand financial processes, data requirements, and reporting needs.Participate in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, including master and transactional data migration activities.Configure SAP FI and CO modules, including:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Asset Accounting
• Cost Centre Accounting
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Banking and Payment Processes
• Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR)

Configure taxation and withholding tax (WHT) processes and support both direct and indirect taxation requirements.Analyse and provide solutions for accounting impacts arising from SAP MM and SAP SD transactions.Integrate SAP FICO with SAP modules such as SD, MM, Asset Accounting, and other connected systems.Work extensively on custom developments, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEF-W).Develop and customise reports, dashboards, and analytics to support financial decision-making and performance monitoring.Understand SAP tables and data relationships to support troubleshooting, reporting, and solution design.Provide functional expertise, problem-solving support, and process improvements across finance and controlling domains.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders where required.

7+ years of relevant SAP FICO experience.Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, which is mandatory for this role.Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts.Expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration and support.Strong knowledge of taxation and WHT configuration.Understanding of direct and indirect taxation processes.Ability to interpret and resolve accounting requirements for MM and SD transactions.Experience integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.Hands-on experience in custom development activities, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.Strong understanding of SAP tables and data relationships.Experience in developing financial reports and analytical solutions.Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.Exposure to modules such as REFX, FSCM, FICA, Concur, or Group Reporting will be advantageous.
