About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA RE-FX Solution Architect with extensive expertise in SAP Real Estate Flexible Management (RE-FX) to design, implement, and optimise real estate management solutions. This role is ideal for a professional with strong knowledge of real estate business processes, finance operations, and SAP RE-FX configuration who can collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective, compliant, and scalable solutions across contract management, lease administration, property management, and financial reporting.

What you’ll do

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse real estate business processes and gather functional requirements.Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions, including contract management, lease administration, and property management.Configure and maintain the SAP RE-FX module to support end-to-end real estate management processes.Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy within the SAP RE-FX environment.Manage real estate transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals.Partner with legal, finance, and business teams to support regulatory and organisational compliance requirements.Generate, review, and analyse financial reports related to real estate portfolios.Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and system optimisation.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.Work closely with technical teams on system integrations, interfaces, and data migration activities.Stay informed of SAP RE-FX developments, best practices, and industry trends.Participate in solution testing, validation, and deployment activities.Conduct workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and end-user training programmes.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams to deliver business outcomes.

Who you are

Extensive experience of 10+ years working with SAP Real Estate Flexible Management (SAP RE-FX).Strong understanding of real estate management processes and operations.Experience in finance processes, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Asset Accounting (FI-AA).Proven experience in SAP RE-FX solution design, configuration, implementation, and support.Knowledge of contract management, lease administration, property management, and real estate transactions.Experience with financial reporting and analysis related to real estate portfolios.Understanding of compliance requirements associated with real estate operations.Experience supporting system integration and data migration initiatives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams.SAP RE-FX certification is desirable.
