About this Role
What you’ll do
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective system configurations
• Configure core LMS capabilities including item management, curricula, programmes, assignments, and learning history
• Manage learning requests, approvals, certification, and compliance tracking
• Drive integration with external content providers such as LinkedIn Learning and OCN
• Oversee system integrations across SF Platform, BizX, IAS/IPS, and third-party systems
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Design and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve defects
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and Centres of Excellence to align solutions with business goals
• Maintain governance, security, and role-based permissions
• Provide production support and recommend continuous improvements
Who you are
• Proficient in end-to-end LMS implementation and system configuration
• Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable and effective solutions
• Familiar with integrations across SuccessFactors modules and external systems
• Knowledgeable in data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes
• Comfortable supporting UAT cycles and troubleshooting system issues
• A collaborative individual who works effectively with cross-functional teams such as HR and L&D
• Detail-oriented with a focus on governance, compliance, and system integrity
