About this Role
What you’ll do
Coach teams in agile values and practices, ensuring consistent application of Scrum principles.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the team in estimation, sprint planning, and forecasting deliverables based on empirical evidence.
Build, maintain, and refine a healthy product backlog in close collaboration with the Product Owner.
Track and report key agile metrics such as burndown, velocity, defect trends, and delivery performance.
Actively remove impediments, address team dynamics, and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies, risks, and programme-level alignment within scaled agile frameworks.
Administer and maintain the Scrum board, ensuring accurate and timely updates in Jira or equivalent tools.
Strengthen collaboration between developers, testers, Product Owners, and stakeholders across teams.
Who you are
An agile practitioner with 3–4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
Knowledgeable in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile approaches.
Comfortable with software development concepts, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Experienced in using agile tooling, particularly Jira, for backlog, sprint, and metrics management.
A collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to guide teams through change in a delivery-focused environment.
