About this role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the S15 Accounting and General Ledger (GL) function within the ARC Central Hub at VOIS Pune. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality financial reporting and accounting services to key local markets including Germany, Romania, and the Czech Republic. The individual will oversee a team of 10–15 professionals, ensuring accurate revenue and OPEX accounting, statutory reporting, and internal controls. The role also involves driving automation initiatives and supporting transitions from local markets.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and supervise the Record to Report (RTR) team focusing on IFRS15 (S15), revenue accounting, and OPEX accounting.
  • Oversee month-end assessments, including Generic POB, Tech Fund, Rebate True Ups, and accruals.
  • Manage external audits and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate GL activities including period management, HFM uploads, SOX controls, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements across RTR processes.
  • Lead S16 lease accounting and reporting activities.
  • Ensure robust internal control processes (3C) and support ad hoc management reporting and presentations.
  • Deliver timely and insightful revenue/margin analytics aligned with business KPIs.
  • Support new transitions from local markets and ensure smooth integration.
  • Mentor and develop team capabilities through guidance and performance management.
  • Build strong relationships with ARC teams and local market stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.

Who you are

  • A graduate with ACA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA qualifications or equivalent practical experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and financial systems; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and team leadership.
  • Analytical thinker with a growth mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective planner with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
