About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade analytics solutions across SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud. This role sits within the AIDA service line and focuses on architecting scalable, high‑performance analytics platforms that support complex telecom and finance use cases. The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders, guide technical teams, and play a key role in driving innovation and business adoption of modern analytics capabilities.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end design of enterprise analytics solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.Define modern data architectures including layered modelling, data virtualisation, harmonisation, and semantic modelling.Architect and optimise complex data flows integrating S/4HANA and non‑SAP systems using APIs, OData services, CDS views, and replication flows.Design and deliver SAC dashboards, stories, analytic applications, predictive analytics, and planning models.Drive business adoption of self-service analytics and business-led dashboards.Lead or contribute to multiple full lifecycle SAP analytics implementations.Engage with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.Conduct workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and solution design walkthroughs.Provide technical guidance to junior consultants, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and production readiness activities.Drive innovation by leveraging advanced SAP Datasphere capabilities such as Data Fabric, space architecture, replication flows, and data marketplace features.

Who you are

You bring 10–15 years of experience in SAP Analytics with at least 3–5 full lifecycle implementations.You have strong hands‑on expertise in SAP BW/4HANA (ADSO modelling, AMDP, HANA SQL, performance optimisation), ABAP CDS development, SAP Datasphere (Spaces, Data Builder, Business Builder, Analytical Models), and SAP Analytics Cloud.You demonstrate solid understanding of S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, CDS views, and OData services.You are proficient in SAP HANA SQL, calculation views, procedures, and complex SAP and non‑SAP data integrations, preferably on SAP BTP.You have experience working with telecom solutions and S/4HANA core finance processes, including retail and finance integration scenarios.You are results‑oriented, comfortable working across multiple projects, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.You communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and lead workshops and design discussions.You value collaboration, proactively identify risks and technical debt, and take ownership of delivery outcomes.
