About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead large-scale and complex programmes within the Software Engineering – BIBDA department. The individual will be responsible for driving agile delivery, managing programme KPIs, and mentoring junior project managers. This role demands strong domain knowledge in BIBDA and BSS, along with hands-on experience in agile frameworks and tools.

What you’ll do

  • Lead high-value programmes (2–5M USD) to successful completion within defined KPIs.
  • Develop and implement detailed project management plans.
  • Engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Establish milestones and action plans to meet objectives.
  • Define Agile PM frameworks and operating models as needed.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs for new opportunities.
  • Mentor junior programme/project managers.
  • Drive organisational and service line-level changes.
  • Motivate teams to achieve project goals collaboratively.

Who you are

  • A professional with 18–25 years of overall experience, including at least 15 years in programme management.
  • Skilled in managing AD projects and experienced in BIBDA and BSS domains.
  • Proficient in Agile management frameworks and productivity estimation.
  • Certified in CSM and SAFe Advanced methodologies.
  • Experienced with tools such as MPP, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Holds a degree in B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, or BSc/MSc in Computer Science.
