About this Role
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end RFS, RFI and RFP activities, ensuring responses are delivered accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Commercial and Network to gather information and align on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with account teams and customers to clarify expectations, provide updates, and secure necessary approvals.
- Support customer onboarding processes while ensuring full compliance with CRM systems and procedures.
- Handle reporting activities and contribute to the billing lifecycle.
- Maintain strong focus on revenue and margin‑related KPIs.
Who you are
- You have a strong understanding of fixed line services and a proactive communication approach.
- You demonstrate collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- You maintain a flexible, solutions‑oriented mindset, adapting to evolving customer and business needs.
- You bring commercial awareness and sound judgement when balancing customer expectations with organisational priorities.
- You hold a Graduate degree (Postgraduate desirable).
