About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage and streamline communications between Sales teams and Delivery Operations. This role involves validating order details, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you will do

  • Review and validate information for orders received from Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
  • Liaise across all teams involved in the sales process to meet SLA commitments.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Submit account and material creation requests as required.
  • Enter clean orders into designated business systems (e.g., BSP).
  • Keep systems updated with accurate and current information.
  • Perform quality checks and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Attend operational and team meetings as needed.

Who you are

  • Experienced in Telecom domain and familiar with Order-to-Cash cycle.
  • Strong understanding of customer value mapping and customer excellence principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and ability to coordinate effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power Apps is an advantage.
  • Digital mindset with a focus on process simplification and efficiency.
