About this Role
What you will do
- Manage business-as-usual customer requests related to service, information, and pricing across their lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Network to prepare accurate and timely responses.
- Ensure on-time delivery of customer responses while balancing commercial and technical requirements.
- Support customer onboarding activities and manage the billing lifecycle.
- Maintain compliance with customer relationship management processes and systems.
- Prepare and manage operational and performance reports to support decision-making.
- Handover approved requests to delivery teams, ensuring clarity and continuity.
Who you are
- An individual with a broad understanding of fixed line services and sales support processes.
- Confident in coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions to meet customer needs.
- Proactive in communication, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability and problem-solving.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of revenue and margin considerations.
- A graduate; postgraduate qualification is desirable.
