About this Role

We are seeking an individual who will manage end-to-end sales administration activities, supporting customer requests related to service, information, and pricing across multiple markets and products. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses to customer requests while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What you will do

  • Manage business-as-usual customer requests related to service, information, and pricing across their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Network to prepare accurate and timely responses.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of customer responses while balancing commercial and technical requirements.
  • Support customer onboarding activities and manage the billing lifecycle.
  • Maintain compliance with customer relationship management processes and systems.
  • Prepare and manage operational and performance reports to support decision-making.
  • Handover approved requests to delivery teams, ensuring clarity and continuity.

Who you are

  • An individual with a broad understanding of fixed line services and sales support processes.
  • Confident in coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions to meet customer needs.
  • Proactive in communication, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability and problem-solving.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of revenue and margin considerations.
  • A graduate; postgraduate qualification is desirable.
