About this Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer who will contribute to end‑to‑end development activities within Salesforce projects. The individual will work on requirement analysis, low‑level design, coding, unit testing, solution design support, and architectural guidance while collaborating closely with teams to deliver reliable and scalable Salesforce solutions.

What you will do

  • Analyse user stories and derive clear requirements and tasks.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, specifications, and system rules.
  • Develop Salesforce components using LWC, Apex, Aura, VF Pages, Triggers, Flows, and related technologies.
  • Support bug fixing and participate actively in defect triage processes.
  • Provide status updates to managers and ensure timely communication of project issues.
  • Contribute to peer reviews and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Lead solution design discussions and support architectural decisions when required.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or IT preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in LWC, Apex, Aura Components, Triggers, VF Pages, Flows, Integrations, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Application Architect concepts.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 Salesforce certifications.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred).
  • Effective collaborator with experience working in Agile environments.
