About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Scrum Lead to guide Agile teams in the effective implementation of Scrum practices. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and a passion for coaching teams towards high performance. You will play a key role in fostering Agile maturity across the organisation, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Act as a servant leader by removing impediments and shielding teams from distractions
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance team effectiveness
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving
  • Partner with Project Managers to manage product backlogs and prioritise work
  • Monitor and report team progress using Agile metrics such as story points
  • Coordinate across multiple Scrum teams to support large-scale initiatives

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
  • Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Preferred: Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS), technical project management or software development background, mentoring capabilities, and familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to the telecom domain is advantageous
