About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who can guide agile teams, support effective delivery, nurture agile mindsets, and optimise team performance. The individual will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to manage sprint iterations, mitigate risks, and coordinate delivery across large-scale environments. This role suits a professional with strong agile methodology exposure and the ability to coach teams in modern technical practices.

What you’ll do

• Support the Product Owner in developing appropriately sized user stories, aligning priorities, and planning sprint iterations.
• Coach team members on Agile methods and associated technical practices, including CI/CD, TDD and BDD.
• Track and manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies across the team.
• Monitor and report on progress, team capacity, and delivery status.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously monitor and improve agile processes and practices.
• Promote learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Coordinate with other delivery teams, stakeholders, and partners to address impediments and manage interdependencies.

Who you are

• A total of five to twelve years of relevant experience, including at least three years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner working with agile teams.
• Experience leading large-scale agile teams using methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD or BDD.
• Certified Agile Coach, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Preferred certifications in traditional project management practices such as Prince2 or PMP.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or similar.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and problem‑solving abilities.
