About this Role

The Scrum Master will enable smooth and predictable delivery of cloud and digital initiatives within a SAFe Agile environment. This role focuses on implementing Agile practices, coaching teams to adopt Lean-Agile ways of working, facilitating ceremonies, and removing impediments. The individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise delivery goals and promote continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud and digital projects using Agile Scrum and SAFe practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipeline execution and deployment strategies such as blue-green and rolling deployments.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, DevOps teams, and vendors to remove impediments.
  • Drive alignment to enterprise standards, governance, and security frameworks.
  • Maintain Jira dashboards, delivery metrics, and reporting artefacts.
  • Support audits, architecture reviews, and readiness assessments.

What skills you need

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and SAFe frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or equivalent.
  • SAFe Scrum Master or Scrum certification (mandatory).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational abilities.
  • Experience in risk management and project performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD automation and cloud-native engineering practices.
