We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Camunda Java Microservices Developer to join our Technology team in Pune. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders and apply your technical expertise across the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, architecture definition, design, and implementation. You will deliver complex features integrated on COTS using Camunda Engine, BPMN business processes, and associated tools within a microservices architecture. This is a greenfield project, offering the opportunity to establish frameworks, best practices, and mentor a growing team.

Define architecture, create high-level design artefacts, and establish technology processes.

Develop and implement solutions in a multi-team environment, ensuring successful process automation in the CARE domain.

Deliver hands-on Java and microservices development aligned with sprint objectives.

Support management in expanding process automation capabilities for VOIS in Solstice.

Build proof of concepts and strengthen BPMN/Camunda capability within VOIS.

Mentor and train Java developers to upskill on Camunda BPMN and support team development.

Strong experience with Camunda Engine, BPMN business processes, and microservices architecture.

Hands-on Java development expertise with solid knowledge of design patterns for microservices.

Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, with good understanding of CI/CD tools.

Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms (preferably Kafka).

Excellent analytical, technical communication, and coaching skills with a collaborative approach

.Degree or higher qualification in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
