About this Role

We are seeking a recruitment professional to support global youth hiring programmes by managing candidate screening, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and recruitment coordination across multiple Vodafone markets. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for local talent teams, ensuring an efficient candidate experience while contributing to process improvements, digital innovation, and data-driven recruitment decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Source and attract early-career talent for global youth recruitment programmes.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate screening process, including CV reviews, online assessment results, and video applications against defined eligibility criteria.
  • Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate assessment centres, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruitment activities with local talent teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple markets to review hiring progress, discuss recruitment strategies, and share best practices.
  • Produce regular recruitment reports, workforce insights, and hiring analytics to support informed decision-making.
  • Support offer and contract administration in line with guidance received from local markets.Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records within recruitment systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes through automation, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, team coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Global Youth Resourcing function

Who you are

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to international or global hiring environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Proactive approach with the confidence to manage escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience screening candidates against predefined eligibility requirements.
  • Ability to analyse recruitment data and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience using recruitment and talent acquisition systems, preferably SuccessFactors, HireVue, and Panorama.
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating assessment centres.
  • Knowledge of recruitment reporting and data analysis.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate management processes.
