About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to maintain, support, and enhance enterprise network infrastructure within a dynamic operations environment. The role centres on network monitoring, routing, switching, wireless technologies, and ensuring operational continuity through prompt issue resolution, performance optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain a resilient and secure network infrastructure across routing, switching, wireless, and associated platforms.
  • Provide first and second line support to ensure timely closure of incidents and reduction of MTTR.Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Analyse capacity reports and propose enhancements to ensure network stability.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Design, Engineering, NOC, Security, IPBB, Change Management, and CSB.
  • Work with engineering and architecture teams to deploy network changes and upgrades.Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Ensure all activities comply with security and operational standards.
  • Participate in change management processes and implement risk mitigation.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or digitalise processes to improve operational efficiency.

Who you are

  • Skilled in managing routing and switching technologies including Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, ASR, ISE, Prime, and DNAC.
  • Experienced in network monitoring tools such as Netcool, SolarWinds, Cisco PI, or similar solutions.
  • Certified with CCNA or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage escalations effectively.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
