What you’ll do

Monitor customer networks proactively to identify and address faultsAcknowledge, assess, and respond to customer fault reports within defined timelinesPerform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve faults where possibleMaintain accurate and detailed updates in fault tickets and tracking systemsEnsure timely technical and managerial escalation in line with defined processesCollaborate with customers, internal teams, and third-party partners for resolutionAdhere to quality standards, processes, and operational proceduresManage incidents end-to-end, from identification to resolution or escalationConduct first-line diagnostics across IP and data network technologiesGather additional information from customers or service desks when requiredSupport team collaboration and daily operational activitiesIdentify self-development opportunities to enhance technical knowledgeEnsure appropriate coverage planning during planned absences

Who you are

Possess a strong understanding of networking concepts including routing and switchingHave knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGPDemonstrate the ability to troubleshoot across IP and data technologiesHold CCNA-level knowledge (certification preferred)Are familiar with incident management tools and monitoring systemsExhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech mandatory)Bring relevant experience in Network Operations, NOC, or Service Assurance (preferred)Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skillsDemonstrate strong email writing and customer handling capabilitiesThrive in a high-pressure, SLA-driven environmentShow collaboration and a team-oriented mindset
