About this Role
What you will do
Respond to refund‑related queries and manage associated communications.
Maintain an accurate and updated refund tracker.
Work collaboratively with banks and internal partners to ensure smooth process execution.
Support manual reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Post manual journals as required for operational completeness.
Who you are
You bring a foundation of accounting knowledge and demonstrate comfort with numerical data.
You communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders.
You hold strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and can manage operational documentation efficiently.
You have experience in bank reconciliation and stakeholder management.
You display a collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering timely, accurate outcomes.
