Manage critical vendor queries across email, ticketing systems and calls related to invoices, payments and account balances.Perform detailed end-to-end vendor account analysis to ensure timely resolution and closure of queries.Provide technical guidance to suppliers on vendor and supplier portals, including troubleshooting and navigation support.Apply working knowledge of Vodafone Procure-to-Pay processes to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.Execute and interpret SAP transactions related to purchase orders, invoices, payments, vendor accounts and master data.Process and support invoice and credit note corrections, adjustments and reconciliations.Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Consistently meet defined SLAs and KPIs, with a strong focus on first-time-right query resolution.Demonstrate a customer-centric, solution-oriented approach in all interactions.

An individual with at least two years of experience in vendor or supplier query handling.Experienced in using and supporting supplier or vendor portals for query resolution and troubleshooting.Knowledgeable in SAP Accounts Payable transactions, including PO, invoice, payment and vendor master data.Confident in handling invoice and credit note processing, corrections and adjustments.A clear and professional communicator with strong verbal and written English skills.Comfortable working with MS Excel for analysis and reporting.Known for a positive attitude, ownership mindset and collaborative way of working.
