Role
The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Recruitment will support the recruitment process across various business units by handling entry- to mid-level hiring. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing initial candidate interactions, and coordinating the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders while delivering the best Partner and Candidate experience
Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and employee referral programs to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
• Candidate Communication: Ensure regular communication with candidates to keep them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all recruitment processes are properly documented.
• Data Reporting: Generate basic recruitment reports, including candidate pipelines, time-to-hire, and other relevant metrics.
• Recruitment Administration: Support recruitment marketing initiatives and help organize recruitment virtual events (e.g., career fairs, walk-in interviews).
Core competencies, knowledge and experience

• Resourcing & Candidate International Sourcing experience through various channels – LinkedIn, Google, Social Platforms, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management and Partner communication skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in English language (C1 preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and previous experience with ATS is a PLUS
