About this Role
What you’ll do
- Respond to employee HR queries received through email, web chat, and online HR ticketing systems.
- Provide accurate guidance on HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders and support teams to ensure timely resolution of employee requests.
- Maintain service delivery in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Ensure all activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining data integrity.
- Support a positive employee experience through professional and effective communication.
- Collaborate with HR teams to remain up to date on policy and process changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen service delivery.
- Contribute to team performance by working towards defined KPIs and service objectives.
Who you are
- A graduate in any discipline.Experience of 1 to 5 years in HR Operations, shared services, employee support, customer service, or a related environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to use judgement when handling employee queries and determining appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and customer experience.
- Comfortable working within defined processes, service levels, and performance measures.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
