About this Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Work Practice Administrator to support accurate employee data management within SuccessFactors for global markets. The individual will handle end-to-end HR transactional activities, ensure high-quality data integrity, support SLA commitments, manage stakeholder interactions, and contribute to process improvement and automation across VOIS HR Operations.

What you will do

  • Process a wide range of HR transactions within existing and new processes, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain performance within agreed Service Level Agreements and support consistent operational excellence.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems and manual processes, meeting audit and integrity requirements.
• Contribute to improving HR systems and processes, including identifying opportunities for digital enhancements and automation.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and support SMEs and team leads for seamless HR service delivery.

Who you are

• Knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly Organisation Management and Employee Central.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet timelines and deliver consistently within SLAs.
• 0–2 years of experience, ideally in a shared services environment.
• A graduate degree; MBA in Human Resources preferred.
