About this Role
What you will do
• Upload, test, and troubleshoot e-learning content, partnering with content owners to resolve issues before publishing.
• Manage learner enrolment, attendance tracking, and classroom session administration.
• Support LMS community forums and academies by contributing insights and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Deliver training administration tasks within defined KPIs, including SLA, turnaround time, and accuracy.
• Schedule and coordinate planned training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
• Track attendance, manage feedback processes, and report training effectiveness to stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor coordination, instructor evaluation, and repository management for learning materials.
• Maintain training documentation, process guides, and content repositories.
• Manage training-related financial trackers (PR/PO) and collaborate with the Supply Chain Management team.
• Support learners by addressing queries and ensuring a smooth training experience.
• Implement initiatives to improve training assessment and effectiveness measures.
• Deliver learning modules as per training plans and contribute to communication plans for global audiences.
Who you are
• You bring working knowledge of LMS platforms, especially e-learning and classroom administration (SuccessFactors preferred).
• You are comfortable working in Shared Services environments and collaborating with global stakeholders.
• You possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes independently.
• You are proficient in basic MS Office applications and hold a degree such as BSc, BCom, BA, BBA, MSc, or MBA.
