About this Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to lead and manage the end-to-end offer management process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across hiring activities. Based in Pune with a hybrid working model, this role is responsible for offer letter creation, candidate data and document validation, governance of recruitment systems and processes, audit readiness, reporting, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance with organisational policies while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage the end-to-end offer creation process for lateral and internal recruitment activities.
  • Ensure accurate validation of candidate documentation and data in line with organisational policies and compliance requirements.
  • Create and issue offer and appointment letters within agreed service levels and quality standards.
  • Maintain governance and compliance within recruitment systems, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence.
  • Produce weekly and monthly operational dashboards, including offer creation performance, first-time-right metrics, and process exceptions.
  • Act as the custodian of offer-related documentation and ensure effective handover to the onboarding team.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and support the implementation of efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and onboarding teams to ensure seamless candidate transitions.

Who you are

  • Experience in offer management, appointment letter creation, or HR operational processes.
  • Strong knowledge of document validation, data verification, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting audits and process governance activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful reports and insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.
  • Must Have Qualifications

    • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience in HR Operations or Talent Acquisition Operations.
