About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Camunda BPM, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. This role is central to driving process automation within the CARE domain, contributing to the growth of automation capabilities across VOIS in Solstice. The individual will work in a collaborative, multi-team environment to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design and development of business process automation using Camunda BPMN and associated tools.
- Develop robust microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Apply design patterns effectively to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Implement event-driven architecture using messaging platforms such as Kafka.
- Define high-level architecture and technology approaches aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.
- Participate actively in sprint-based development cycles, contributing hands-on code.
- Support strategic initiatives to expand process automation across VOIS platforms.
Who you are
- Proficient in Camunda BPM engine and BPMN modelling.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java development and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of event-driven systems and Kafka messaging.
- Skilled in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
- Capable of defining architecture and contributing to high-level design.
- Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
