About this Role
What you’ll do
- Manage leadership calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes with accuracy and clarity
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
- Act as a liaison between leadership and internal or external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information professionally and with discretion
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and support budget tracking activities
- Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues to support leadership effectiveness
- Conduct research and compile data to support informed decision-making
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as required
Who you are
- Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management capabilities
- Possess proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management platforms
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professional integrity
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Able to work independently while exercising sound judgement
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
