About this Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives within VOIS Finance Services. This role focuses on driving process improvements, standardisation, and automation to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency. You will manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

What you will do

Lead and manage finance-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

  • Drive process improvements and embed requirements into solution designs.
  • Review and update process documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity in ARIS/Signavio systems.
  • Implement standardisation and automation strategies to reduce risk and improve reporting.
  • Support sustainable business growth through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Align initiatives with Finance Transformation programmes and roadmap changes.

Who you are

Experienced professional with over 8 years in finance, preferably with APA/ICO exposure.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
  • Proven track record in project management and delivering results.
  • Holds a university degree; CA/CWA/MBA or equivalent qualification is highly advantageous.
