About this Role
The Senior Manager – Credit to Collections will lead a team responsible for all Account Receivables activities including invoicing, collections, cash application, accounting, reconciliations, and controls. The individual will drive process improvement initiatives and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and validate development needs. This role operates within defined procedures, policies, SOX compliance, and service level agreements, maintaining close relationships with Global Process Owners and Local Markets. The role demands high standards of operational and people leadership, with a proven ability to manage large transactional teams and deliver excellence in business partnering.
What you will do
• Lead the CTC team to deliver accurate and timely AR processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Drive operational planning and ensure alignment with financial objectives and global standards.
• Implement quality frameworks and reporting mechanisms for Finance Operations and Business Partners.
• Strategically guide outbound collections efforts to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively resolve issues to improve customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, Treasury Policies, and internal/external audit requirements.
• Manage month-end closings, balance sheet reconciliations, and identify corrective actions.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and performance diagnostics.
Who you are
• A degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
• Possess 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Collections, and AR Management.
• Skilled in SAP and experienced in Shared Services Centre environments.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is advantageous.
• A proactive team player with multicultural awareness and governance expertise
