About this Role

We are seeking a Customer Value Architect to lead end-to-end execution of process mining initiatives and continuous improvement programmes. This role focuses on identifying value opportunities through process insights, shaping transformation roadmaps, and realising measurable business benefits. The individual will work closely with Product Owners, market stakeholders, and VOIS platform and data experts to analyse opportunities, define success criteria, and deliver outcomes aligned to business strategy.

What you will do

Own the full lifecycle of process mining initiatives using platforms such as Signavio and Celonis.Identify opportunities for elimination, simplification, standardisation, digitalisation, and automation across end-to-end processes.Independently analyse dashboards and explorers to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and present findings to business stakeholders.Define value realisation plans and lead benefit case analysis.Build and submit business cases for approved opportunities and secure stakeholder sign-off.Manage implementation of process improvements through process automation tools.Drive adoption, enablement, and effectiveness of deployed solutions.Maintain a prioritised pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives aligned to business value.Partner with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure business change activities are clearly understood and delivered.Conduct deep-dive analysis of business requirements and define future-state roadmaps.Support governance through planning, risk identification, and stakeholder reviews.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and idea generation within VOIS teams.

Who you are

  • Experienced in hands-on deployment and usage of Signavio Process Insights and Process Intelligence.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt trained or certified.
  • Skilled in business process management systems (BPMS) deployments.
  • Experienced in managing projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, or similar methodologies.
  • A structured problem solver with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently, setting priorities, and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptable, change-oriented, and comfortable operating in complex transformation environments.
  • Knowledgeable in HR processes and systems.
