Role Purpose:

Vodafone continues to invest in Cyber Security to mitigate its Cyber Risk. _VOIS is the Global Capability Center (GCC) of Vodafone in India which provides various services to its entities in various countries across the globe. _VOIS has offices in Pune, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad.  

Within _VOIS, Cyber Security comprises of ~320+ cyber security professionals. We are continuously looking for industry’s top talent in Cyber Security to further grow the service line to further solidify our position of being the largest Cyber GCC in India. 

Within our Cyber Security team, we are broadly organised into sub-teams – Cyber Prevent, Cyber Defense, Secure By Design, and Risk & Compliance. The Cyber Prevent team focusses on mitigation of Cyber Risk by focussing on prevention of cyber incidents. The Cyber Defense team focusses on mitigation of Cyber Risk by focussing on defending against cyber incidents. The Secure By Design team ensures that security is in-built into internal and external technology capabilities. The Risk and Compliance team ensures that Cyber risk are understood and mitigated across the organisation in a structured way. 

The Cyber Prevent team is sub-organised into domains namely – Network Security, Endpoint Security, Information Protection, and Identity and Access Management. In addition, the First Line Security Operations (FLSO) team, SecuRED, and Cyber Security Key Initiatives team operates as cross-domain teams. Specific required technologies/tools: WAF (Imperva), PAM (Cyberark), SIEM (Google Secops). Others that can be useful – Dynamic Trust (SASE), Cloud hardening (Rapid/TVM/ICS…), IDPS (Cisco), Email Security (MS EOP), Providing guidance to assess the connectivity requests according to zoning policies.  

We are looking for Cyber Prevent SME as focal for CZ market for cyber prevent technologies and act as bridge with Central CP teams.

Qualifications: 
Candidates must have the following to qualify for this position: 

• 10+ years of IT experience with extensive experience in Cyber Security 
• Worked with large IT service provider and/or Big4 delivery teams, delivering large scale cyber security implementation and/or operations engagements, ensuring delivery of complex SLAs 
• In-depth technical experience in Cyber Security tool  
• Thorough understanding of industry level cyber security policies, standards, processes, and procedures 
• Wider experience in Cyber Defence - SOC, Vulnerability Management, and Penetration Testing 
• Worked for a Telco either as directly employed or as industry experience
