About this Role
What you will do
- Act as the Product Owner for HR Services workstreams, including onboarding, offboarding, leavers, and new hires.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring consistent grooming, refinement, and prioritisation aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead the creation of future‑state (to‑be) HR processes, identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and Copilot‑based enablement across employee journeys.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to align on product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines, including AI, and Copilot‑driven initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Apply strong SAFe Agile practices, including Program Increment (PI) planning and continuous exploration of backlog items.
- Use JIRA effectively for backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across HR systems and processes through AI automation and digital solutions , Ensure timely delivery of compliant solutions that meet business needs.
- Benchmark external best practices and help the organisation leverage modern technology and evolving HR trends.
