About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced technology professional to lead end-to-end DevOps, cloud, and platform engineering capabilities across key VOIS markets. This role focuses on driving large-scale transformation through automation, cloud adoption, and resilient infrastructure practices, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, operational excellence, and industry-leading standards.

What you’ll do

  • Lead CI/CD strategy, pipeline design, and automated deployment across multiple applications
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices including automation, Infrastructure as Code, version control, and release orchestration
  • Define and execute cloud strategies across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including migration and optimisation
  • Design and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging microservices, containers, and Kubernetes
  • Oversee hybrid infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, resilience, and scalability
  • Establish site reliability engineering practices including SLAs, SLOs, observability, and incident management
  • Enable AI and automation use cases such as AIOps and predictive monitoring
  • Lead cross-functional teams across DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure domains in a global environment
  • Partner with business, product, and architecture teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPIs such as deployment success, availability, and MTTR
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and security adherence across systems and processes
  • Standardise engineering and operational practices across regions and teams

Who you are

  • Proven experience (12+ years) in DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, and platform engineering
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms and container technologies including Kubernetes and OpenShift
  • Experience in infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or scripting
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in IT operations, including AIOps
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API-driven systems
  • Experience in incident management, reliability engineering, and ITIL processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, distributed enterprise systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across global teams
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and driving capability development
