Job Responsibilities
Act as single point of contact for all APA Process related queries and activities.
Develops, delivers and advises on processes and activities for the delivery of business change/transformation programmes, driving efficiencies and Standardization across the business;
Work Closely with FinOps VOIS SD Leads and team to identify opportunities for Digital Roadmap and efficiency gains. Coordinate with Digital tribe/RPA and other VOIS teams in governance of plan, timing & delivery. Work with FinOps VOIS Demand team to help scoping, timeline and delivery Roadmap for Digital solutions.
Act as a Process expert to contribute to Major programmes to help building the Business case.
Embeds tools and techniques for continuous improvement across the wider community as and when required;
Delivers best business practices within the organisation and builds own awareness of discipline, industry and market trends externally ;
Uses COP forum to influence internal partners by training, coaching and sharing best practices in structured problem solving, process improvement, process management and operational routines;
Builds solid relations and works closely with internal stakeholders (including VOIS FinOps Managers) to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, providing insight, recommendations and closed loop feedback reporting
Coordinate Closely with Process Governance Team and Service Delivery team to make sure that all Process Documents are updated and approved.
