About this Role

We are seeking a Process Automation Specialist to join our cross-functional RTR Governance & Process Team. This role focuses on driving digital transformation and process excellence across global Record-to-Report (RTR) activities. You will design and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to optimise workflows and enhance efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders, you will champion continuous improvement, harmonise processes across markets, and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that modernise financial operations globally.

Who you are

  • Experienced in process automation using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable and committed to driving continuous improvement.
  • Holds a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or IT.
  • Proficient in IT and data analytics; telecommunications industry experience is a plus.

  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement and professionalise pipeline processes.
  • Harmonise and digitalise processes across multiple markets to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Support groupwide accounting and reporting processes through PowerApps and Power Automate-based solutions.
