Job Description
Role purpose:
The Service Catalogue & Quantity Analyst is a key conduit between the VOIS Service Towers and the Markets in terms of both processes, defined services and the consumption of services/units leading to an effective charge.
They will be responsible for tracking and controlling all service change requests within the organization. This role ensures that changes to services are managed effectively, minimizing disruption to operations and ensuring compliance with established processes and controls.
Quantity metrics are a critical component of our Services and service consumption, it is critical to ensure the quality assurance of Q Changes, Q metric management and the Q collection, as this is a critical success factor for VOIS’s end to end delivery.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Oversee all service change requests, ensuring they are logged, assessed, and prioritized appropriately.
- Excellent data interpretation skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate information technology concepts to non-technology personnel, should be able to interact with business team and share information, requirements and ideas.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, attitude to plan and organize work to deliver as agreed.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
