About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM specialist who can architect and lead CRM solutions across cloud and on‑premises environments. The individual will guide end‑to‑end SAP delivery cycles, interpret business requirements, map them to SAP processes, and ensure seamless execution within agile project teams at VOIS.

What you’ll do

Contribute to the EVO Application Development and Lead teams to deliver SAP CRM and SAP Cloud project requirements.Analyse business requirements and assess organisational needs for data handling within CRM processes.Identify integration challenges and design effective solutions.Collaborate with local experts and the wider business community to ensure alignment and clarity.Explain processes and system functionalities to end users and business stakeholders.

Who you are

Demonstrated expertise in SAP CRM with strong solution‑design capabilities.6–8 years of experience in a lead capacity overseeing CRM solution activities.Hands‑on experience with interface development, enhancements, reporting, data migration tools, and documentation such as FS, TS, and test scripts.Comprehensive understanding of development, rollout, and data migration project phases.Experience working within agile frameworks.Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.Desired: Strong grasp of CRM business processes and experience in innovation and change management.
