About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SAC Planning professional to lead the end-to-end solution design, development, and delivery of planning capabilities across HR, Finance, and functional reporting areas. This role involves driving planning model architecture, conducting requirement workshops, guiding technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and establishing best practices in governance, performance, and security. The individual will work closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable forecasting and budgeting solutions.

What you’ll do

Lead SAC Planning solution architecture, including model design for P&L, workforce, and expense planning.Manage data modelling, dimension handling, and hierarchy structuring for enterprise planning needs.Conduct requirement workshops with HR and related teams to define KPIs, forecasting needs, and budgeting processes.Monitor and guide project timelines, team performance, and stakeholder communications.Lead User Acceptance Testing and ensure smooth delivery across all phases.Implement predictive planning and machine learning-based forecasting enhancements.Establish best practices for data security, version control, and performance management.Provide post–go-live hyper-care support to ensure stable operations.Apply strong functional expertise in SAP HR data structures and reporting processes.Deliver high-quality outputs while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Who you are

Possess 10–15 years of experience in SAP BPC, SAC dashboards, and SAC planning environments.Skilled in JavaScript and SQL scripting, with the ability to develop advanced planning and reporting solutions.Experienced in HR reporting and planning, with strong functional knowledge of SAP HR data.Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.Comfortable working in dynamic, large-scale environments with global stakeholders.Display excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledgeable in SDLC processes and able to identify and address technical gaps.Hold a technical graduate or postgraduate qualification, preferably in engineering.A proactive team player aligned with the Vodafone Way behaviours: Speed, Simplicity, Trust, Customer Obsession, Innovation Hungry, Ambitious & Competitive, One Company Local Roots.
