About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Siebel Developer with extensive experience in Siebel configuration, integration, and performance optimisation. This role requires strong expertise in Siebel Open UI customisation, Oracle PL/SQL development, and a solid understanding of telecommunications processes. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions and ensure system performance meets business needs.
What you will do
- Configure and integrate Siebel applications, including workflows, scripting, and EAI components.
- Manage EIM processes for data import/export and transformation.
- Customise Siebel Open UI using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML.
- Optimise performance by analysing Siebel logs and improving workflows, scripts, and database queries.
- Develop and debug Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code, including database migrations.
- Collaborate with international teams, ensuring solutions align with TELCO domain processes and order management functionalities.
- Work within Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Who you are
- Experienced Siebel Developer with 7+ years in configuration, integration, and performance optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel Open UI, EIM concepts, and TELCO industry processes.
- Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Familiarity with additional technologies such as Java, Jenkins, CICD pipelines, Linux, Python, and DevOps tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
