About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Siebel Developer to design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM solutions that support business processes and deliver exceptional user experiences. The role involves working on complex configurations, integrations, and enhancements to ensure system stability and scalability.

What you will do

  • Develop and customise Siebel CRM applications, including configuration, scripting, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of Siebel components.
  • Integrate Siebel with other enterprise systems using EAI and web services.
  • Provide technical support and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Document technical designs and maintain system integrity through best practices.

Who you are

  • Experienced in Siebel CRM development with strong knowledge of Siebel architecture and configuration.
  • Proficient in Siebel Tools, Scripting (eScript, VB), and Workflows.
  • Familiar with Siebel EAI, Web Services, and integration techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
