About this Role
What you’ll do
- Implement high‑quality Pega solutions based on technical designs created by the Lead System Architect.
- Build applications using Pega PRPC 8.x, covering processes, UI, integrations, agents, class structures, and performance optimisation.
- Adhere strictly to Pega development guardrails and best practices.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Conduct Pega performance analysis and implement tuning measures.
- Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to deliver functional and non‑functional requirements aligned with architectural standards.
- Apply SOA and integration design principles in all implementation work.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, software engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification is essential.
- 4–6 years of experience designing and implementing Pega multi‑process applications.
- Hands‑on experience acting as SSA on at least one Pega project.
- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC 8.x including UI, processes, integrations, and performance.
- Working knowledge of Oracle SQL, Unix commands, and integration protocols.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically distributed team environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Preferred knowledge in low‑code development through Pega App Studio, WebLogic concepts, Java, Oracle SQL scripting, and Unix shell scripting.
- Experience working on an end‑to‑end Pega greenfield implementation is beneficial.
