About this Role
What you’ll do
• Design, build, and customise solutions using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Redux
• Create and implement AI-driven and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365 data sources, REST APIs, and backend systems
• Configure and manage workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform tools
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution activities
• Ensure continuous reporting and communication with stakeholders on progress and delivery
• Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues and escalate where necessary
• Support development aligned to Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Contribute to solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Promote responsible AI practices and apply best practices in prompt design and conversational AI
Who you are
• Proficient in SharePoint Online and SPFX framework development
• Skilled in at least one modern JavaScript framework such as React or Angular
• Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experienced in building AI or conversational agents and working with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Knowledgeable in Generative AI, agent lifecycle concepts, and low-code/no-code development models
• Comfortable integrating systems using APIs and working with enterprise data sources
• A collaborative professional with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
• Familiar with Agile ways of working and DevOps practices
• Demonstrates awareness of responsible AI principles and governance
