About this Role
We are seeking a Siebel Developer to join our team in Pune or Bangalore. The individual will be responsible for converting high-level and low-level design requirements into Siebel configurations, ensuring alignment with best practices. The role involves troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and deployment preparation. The candidate will also support stakeholders with Siebel-related issues and contribute to solutioning and architecture discussions.
What you will do
- Develop change requests in Siebel based on business requirements
- Ensure code meets Siebel standards and is certified before release
- Analyse and resolve issues, collaborating with stakeholders
- Troubleshoot Siebel application problems including performance and data integrity
- Maintain documentation and generate performance reports
- Support solutioning processes including effort estimation and risk identification
- Present solutions to IT Architecture Board and evaluate vendor capabilities
- Collaborate with solution architects to maintain product roadmaps
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics Engineering or related fields
- 4–6 years of experience in CRM application development
- Proficient in Siebel IP 2015/2019/2022, Open UI, CSW, EAI, Order Management
- Skilled in PL-SQL, Oracle, SOAP/REST Web Services, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC
- Familiar with agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, TDD
- Knowledge of test automation, CI/CD practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in diverse teams
