About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with Spanish language proficiency to support contract management and financial operations activities within VOIS. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of contract creation and modifications, conducting S16 compliance and hygiene checks, validating payment postings in line with contractual terms, and providing high-quality support to stakeholders, local markets, and landlords. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, process compliance, and continuous service improvement.

What you’ll do

Process contract creations and modifications accurately within agreed service levels and timelines.Perform S16 hygiene and compliance checks prior to posting contract payments.Ensure contract conditions are reviewed and validated before payment processing.Deliver first-time-right resolution for queries and issues raised by local market Finance Operations teams, business stakeholders, and landlords.Manage process dependencies and maintain awareness of upstream activities to support timely contract posting.Ensure vendor and landlord payments are posted accurately in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.Provide dedicated operational support to local market functions.Respond efficiently and professionally to stakeholder queries.Work collaboratively within a virtual team and matrix environment.Partner with teams across multiple functions to identify and implement process improvements across Group Common Functions.

Who you are

Proficient in Spanish, with strong spoken and written communication skills.Educational background or experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of contract management and financial processes.Ability to review contractual information and ensure compliance with control requirements.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet agreed deadlines.Comfortable working in a virtual and cross-functional environment.Customer-focused with a proactive approach to issue resolution.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
